Crystal joined Sana in 2021 and currently holds the role of Senior Customer Success Manager. Crystal has over 17 years’ experience in client services, sales, and management roles within the insurance industry. Prior to her time at Sana, Crystal was the Director of Client Services at Advantage Benefit Solutions, Client Service Manager at Empyrean Benefit Solutions, Life & Health Producer at Carroll Insurance Agency and a Disability Income Specialist for Guardian. Crystal believes strongly in Sana’s mission to provide employers with affordable, accessible, easy-to-use, quality health plans for their employees. When she’s not providing top tier service to her clients, she enjoys reading, cooking for her friends & family and enjoying live music.
